Central Mass Regional Coordinator, MassGOP

Ladd Moore has recently been hired as the new Central Mass Regional Coordinator for the MassGOP. He is a former Worcester Resident and a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross. Until recently, Ladd served as the Chief of Staff for Representative Paul Frost of Auburn.

Ladd started as a walk-in volunteer for the party during the last election cycle and worked his way up to Deputy Regional Coordinator for Central and Western Massachusetts. He also served as a Political Consultant and Deputy Campaign Manager of The Committee to Elect Robi Blute State Senate.

As Regional Coordinator, Ladd will be working throughout the county to build grassroots support, recruit hardworking Republican Candidates, and organize local "Team Leaders" to achieve Voter ID and Registration Goals.

According to Ladd, "In 2004 the Republican Party had the most candidates for State Legislator in a decade, we raised more money than ever before, and grassroots activists took the fight to the Democrats in a way the Democrats had never seen before! During that incredible effort we ended up LOSING seats. As party activists we have one of two choices: 1) We can call it quits, give up on any real hope of a true two party democracy, and let the Democrats continue to 'Tax and Spend' without having any consequence, or 2) We can continue the extraordinary effort of 2004, and build off the groundwork we have established."

The Massachusetts Republican Party is committed to continuing the fight of bringing back a true two party system in Massachusetts. The MassGOP has some straight forward, aggressive goals and objectives for 2006!

Identifying, Registering and Educating Voters who will Get Out and Vote for Republican Candidates!
Recruiting Republican Candidates to give the voters an alternative to the Tax and Spend Status Quo!
WINNING State Wide and Local Legislative Races!

To accomplish these demanding goals and objectives, we will need to establish a grassroots network unlike any other Massachusetts has seen before. We will need every single activist working on the same page and toward the same goals.

The FIRST STEP is going to Identify and Register Voters. We need to find Voters in Massachusetts that are not willing to settle for antics of our Democrat Controlled State Legislator. Voters that are tired of higher taxes, inflated government, and a Legislator that continues to stifle economic growth.

To do this we will be calling on all our activists to become TEAM LEADERS and continue to take the fight to the Democrats. Team Leaders are going to be the backbone of the Voter ID and Registration effort and will be laying the groundwork for our success in 2006.
